Manufacturer Warranty

Floeting® Ltd. stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and warrants that all Floeting® Diamond jewelry will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.  

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your Floeting® Diamond jewelry, contact your original stockist within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return for inspection. The stockist will return the item to us, the manufacturer, Floeting Ltd. As the manufacturer, if we determine your Floeting® Diamond jewelry is damaged as a result of a manufacturing or materials defect, we will repair the product, or, if appropriate; replace it. If the product is no longer available, at our discretion we may offer a replacement that matches the original as closely as possible.  

Please note that minor irregularities and variations that are considered part of the nature of a handcrafted item are not considered defects. Natural characteristics or internal inclusions that are visible or invisible in all gemstones are also not considered defects.  

Wear and Tear   

‘Wear and tear’ damage is not included in this warranty, and Floeting® Ltd. reserves the right to assess the extent of any damage that may have occurred from this.  If we believe the damage is not caused by a manufacturing or material defect, Floeting® Ltd. will notify the stockist you purchased it from and suggest options for restoration or repair. 

Ongoing Support  

To preserve the validity of this warranty, we require that your Floeting® Diamond jewelry be inspected annually by Floeting® Ltd. or an authorised Floeting® Ltd. Jeweler.

In the event that there is a problem with yourjewelry, it can be mailed back to the stockist you purchased it from who will send it to us for inspection. If the problem is determined to be from a manufacturing or structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. 

Floeting® Ltd does not pay shipping fees for the return of an item to be serviced unless there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship. We will make a good faith effort to serve our clients fairly and honestly in all situations. Please contact us if you have questions or would like to return your item.  

Conditions and Exclusions  
Client must retain the Floeting® Ltd Certificate of Craftsmanship and arrange an annual inspection by Floeting® Ltd or jewelers authorised by Floeting® Ltd. 

This warranty will not apply in accordance to any or all of the below scenarios:   

  • The jewelry has not been assessed annually by either Floeting® Ltd. or jewelers authorised by Floeting® Ltd. 
  • General wear and tear or damage through: misuse, neglect or accident. 

  • Discoloration of precious metals caused by: chemicals, excessive heat, make-up, atmospheric conditions, environmental factors outside of Floeting® Ltd’s control. 

  • Immersions in pools, baths or hot-tubs.  

  • The loss of a gemstone if signs of wear and tear are evident.  

  • Product loss or theft. 

  • Use for purpose of which the product was neither sold or designed for.  

  • Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Floeting® Ltd or its authorised jewelers will void the warranty.  

  We recommend that you maintain independent insurance coverage for your jewelry.
